Teresa has nearly 20 years’ experience in communications, marketing, customer community strategy, and business management. She’s worked across multiple sectors and business types to help organizations show up for their customers and employees.
In early 2020, she took on her first Chief of Staff role, transitioning fully into the world of business management and executive support. Mere weeks after accepting the role, the company she worked for was acquired, and then the world shut down in response to the global CoVID-19 pandemic.
Navigating an acquisition, integration, and pandemic as a new Chief of Staff was a crash course in learning to guide a business and employee base through large change, crisis, and extraordinary conditions. This experience cemented Teresa's belief that her professional path forward would be focused on helping leaders make the most of their time at work, and do so using ethically-sound business and leadership practices.
In 2022 she decided to start her own one-woman shop, and now focuses on business management and leadership support for organizational leaders and small- to medium-sized business owners. As a natural business jargon interpreter and systems thinker, her work is rooted in helping clients gain and create focus and clarity for their business, people, and themselves. She does it all with a bit of humor, a lot of curiosity, some swearing, and a strong dose of accountability.
